It doesn’t show my donation history, wellness data, or other information about me OR I registered my account but I didn’t use the exact name I have on record with Blood Assurance and now it won’t match me up to my donor ID.
If you entered in a different name (such as “Dan” instead of “Daniel” or “Angie” instead of “Angela”) or didn’t enter your Donor ID when you registered your account, MyBloodAssurance will ask a staff member to reconcile your account using the Blood Assurance registration system. Staff complete these requests several times daily so check back in a few hours to see your account correctly.
My wellness data or donation history doesn’t have information from all of my past donations.
Due to space constraints, at this time only the most recent wellness data will be available and donation history only goes back to 1990. As you continue to donate, we will add each new donation’s wellness data and donation data to your MyBloodAssurance portal so you will have an ongoing record.
